We're accepting applications for the 2025 period for our Connectivity for Hope program

Supporting Those Who Serve Our Communities

At Quad State Internet, we believe that reliable Internet access should never be a barrier to doing good. That’s why we created Connectivity for Hope, a program that provides free or reduced-cost fiber Internet to nonprofits, community organizers, and local outreach programs doing impactful work throughout our region.

We’re proud to announce that we’re now accepting applications for 2025.

Looking Back: Real Impact in 2024 and 2025

In 2024, Connectivity for Hope helped bring high-speed fiber Internet to organizations that are changing lives every day:

  • Washington Street Warming Center – Paducah, KY

When winter temperatures hit hard, the Warming Center opens its doors to those without shelter. With donated Telephone via our fiber-optic network, they’ve been able to better coordinate emergency response, manage volunteers, and connect guests to essential services. The volunteers and people that make this possible are a pillar to our community.
  • The Refuge Church Mission – Metropolis, IL

Pastor Tony Morris and his all-volunteer team provide food, clothing, and friendship to anyone in need. Thanks to fiber Internet from Quad State, the Refuge can now offer reliable Wi-Fi to their community, expand outreach efforts, and streamline communication.

  • Martha’s Vineyard – Paducah, KY

Known for feeding the hungry and serving the most vulnerable in our area, Martha’s Vineyard now has the digital tools needed to support its mission: whether that’s coordinating meal service, managing schedules, or keeping their doors open for those in crisis. They are now saving around $300/month that can now be allocated to more direct resources to feed our neighbors
  • Trinity Food Pantry – Metropolis, IL

Every week, Trinity Food Pantry opens its doors to provide groceries and meals to individuals and families facing food insecurity. With the help of reliable fiber Internet from Quad State, the pantry can now coordinate weekly distributions more efficiently, manage volunteer schedules, and stay connected with local partners. Their team’s compassion and consistency make them a vital source of hope and nourishment in our community.

These aren’t just Internet connections and phone lines: they’re lifelines for organizations that give everything to help others.

Time to Plan Ahead

If your organization is thinking about applying, now is the time to take a closer look at your current Internet contract. Many nonprofits don’t realize their service agreements are set to renew automatically or require advanced notice to cancel. By checking when your contract ends now, you’ll give us time to coordinate a seamless transition, matching your installation with the exact moment you’ll need it.

Even if your current contract doesn’t expire for several months, you can still apply today. Early applications help us prioritize planning and ensure there’s no service gap when you’re ready to switch.

How to Apply

  • Download the application here
  • Submit completed forms and documents to: service@quadstateinternet.net
  • Use the subject line: Connectivity for Hope : 2025 Application

To be considered, organizations must be located within our service area and provide documentation showing community impact, nonprofit status, and need.

If an organization has questions or needs assistance in completing their application, they can contact us anytime at (833) 701-7823.
