Quad State Internet operates on the Internet as AS399788, and has a generally open peering policy. Peers must have a presence in a public peering facility where Quad State Internet is located, and peers must exchange traffic over a public Internet Exchange Point. Peers may opt to build out to any location where Quad State Internet has a Point of Presence to establish a peering connection.
