Custom Max is a custom-engineered service, not an off-the-shelf plan, and is intended for unusually demanding home labs, production workflows, large data movement, and other super-home use cases beyond the standard residential lineup.
Custom Max requires address and route review, compatible customer network equipment, and a location-specific installation or construction charge. The handoff rate describes the access port; actual end-to-end Internet throughput varies by equipment, protocol, destination, and network path.
Residential use only: Custom Max is for one home and is not offered for commercial use. Business operations, commercial premises, resale or redistribution, service to multiple locations, or business SLA requirements need a Business or Enterprise plan instead, regardless of port speed.
