Terms of Service
Quad State Mobile service is offered subject to the service terms provided during signup and activation. The published monthly plan price covers the stated plan features; additional high-speed data is $5 per GB. Taxes, government charges, device costs or other charges, if applicable, will be disclosed before activation. No annual service contract is required.
Acceptable Use Policy
Service must be used lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the network, other customers or public safety. Fraud, unlawful activity, abusive automated traffic, unauthorized resale, network interference and attempts to defeat service or security controls are prohibited. Applicable service terms provide the complete policy.
Mobile Service Terms
The first line is $25 per month and each additional line is $20 per month. The plan includes unlimited talk and text and 2 GB of high-speed data on each line during each monthly service period. Additional high-speed data is available in 1 GB increments for $5. Eligible Quad State Internet home customers and eligible employees of Quad State Internet business customers pay $20 for the first line and $15 for each additional line. Eligibility must be verified. Availability, performance and features depend on location, device compatibility, network conditions and service availability.
Number Porting Terms
Most eligible mobile numbers can be transferred, but a transfer cannot be guaranteed until eligibility and account information are verified. The information supplied for a transfer must match the records held by the current provider. Keep existing service active until the transfer is complete; cancelling it early may cause delay or loss of the number. Transfer timing can vary.
E911 and Emergency Services
Calls to 911 depend on available wireless service, a compatible active device and local emergency network availability. Location information may not always be precise. During an emergency, give the call taker your location and callback number, do not hang up unless instructed, and call back if disconnected. Wireless service may be unavailable during network interruptions, power failures, device failure or where coverage is not available.
Coverage Disclaimer
Coverage maps, descriptions and availability information are estimates and do not guarantee service at a particular location. Coverage and service quality vary by location, terrain, buildings, device, weather, congestion, network changes and other conditions. Partner network availability and supported features may vary. Quad State-operated wireless coverage will continue expanding throughout the communities we serve.
Device Compatibility Policy
A phone must be unlocked, compatible and approved for activation. Compatibility depends on the exact device model and configuration, not only its brand or model family. A compatibility check does not guarantee every device feature or coverage at every location. eSIM is available on compatible devices; a physical SIM is available where supported and needed.
Privacy Policy
Read the Quad State website privacy notice for information about website forms and first-party analytics. Additional privacy information applicable to mobile service will be included with the service terms provided during signup and activation.
