How much does Quad State Mobile cost?

Eligible Quad State Internet home customers and employees of business customers pay $20 per month for the first line and $15 for each additional line. Otherwise, the first line is $25 and each additional line is $20 per month.

What's included?

Unlimited talk and text plus 2 GB of high-speed data each month.

What happens if I use more than 2 GB?

Additional high-speed data is available in 1 GB increments for $5 per GB.

Can I keep my current phone number?

Yes. Most eligible mobile numbers can be transferred to Quad State Mobile.

Should I cancel my old mobile service before transferring my number?

No. Keep your existing service active until your number transfer is complete.

Can I get a new number instead?

Yes. You can transfer an eligible number or choose a new one.

Can I bring my current phone?

Most unlocked, compatible devices can be used with Quad State Mobile. Check your device before switching.

Does my phone need to be unlocked?

Yes. Your device generally must be unlocked and compatible before it can be activated.

Does Quad State Mobile support eSIM?

Yes. Compatible devices can be activated using eSIM. Physical SIMs are also available where needed.

What network does Quad State Mobile use?

Quad State Mobile uses a combination of Quad State-operated wireless infrastructure and partner networks to provide local and nationwide connectivity.

Will my phone switch networks automatically?

Compatible devices can use available network resources automatically based on coverage and service availability.

Is coverage nationwide?

Quad State Mobile uses partner networks to provide connectivity beyond Quad State-operated service areas. Coverage and service availability vary by location, device and network conditions.

Does Quad State Internet get me a discount?

Yes. Eligible Quad State Internet home customers pay $20 per month for the first line and $15 per month for each additional line.

Can employees of Quad State Internet business customers get the lower price?

Yes. Eligible employees of businesses that use Quad State Internet can receive the same $20 first-line and $15 additional-line pricing after eligibility is verified.

Is there an annual contract?

No annual service contract is required.

Can I have multiple lines?

Yes. With Quad State Internet, the first line is $20 per month and each additional line is $15. Without Quad State Internet, the first line is $25 and each additional line is $20.
